"Sell My
Home in Houston" will provide you with a FREE MARKET ANALYSIS
from a TOP HOUSTON AREA REALTOR!
Welcome to
SELL MY HOME IN HOUSTON
where we specialize in unique affiliations with top Houston Realtors
who
currently have a minimum of 10 years experience; are top
producers in their area and fully available to serve you, so
you will be in highly experienced hands with our referrals!
With more than 30 years combined experience assisting
home buyers and sellers buy and sell real estate throughout
the nation we will provide you with a qualified agent.
Frequently
when a seller calls a real estate office without knowing
anyone, they get the agent that's doing "floor duty" (which is
generally an agent with less than a year of experience). Those
agents do "floor duty" as a way of getting leads and building
up clientele. The more experienced agents have already
established themselves and rarely do floor duty. They are
already established with referred clients and repeat business,
so they simply don't have time for run of the mill phone duty!
THERE'S ABSOLUTELY NO OBLIGATION in
filling out this "Referral Request Form" and it DOES NOT
OBLIGATE YOU to use the Realtor we recommend. (This form is
not a contract or agreement, it is simply a service you can
chose to use or not use.)

FACTS ABOUT HOUSTON:
Founded on August 30, 1836 by
brothers Augustus and John Allen on land near the
banks of Buffalo Bayou. Houston was incorporated on June 5,
1837 and named after then-President of the Republic of
Texas— former General Sam Houston— who had commanded at the
Battle of San Jacinto, which took place 25 miles east of
where the city was established. The burgeoning port and
railroad industry, combined with oil discovery in 1901,
creates continual surges in the city's population. In the
mid-twentieth century, the City of Houston became the home
of the Texas Medical Center— the world's largest
concentration of healthcare and research institutions— and
NASA's Johnson Space Center, where Mission Control Center is
located. |
